30-day returns
If it is not for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email barmagicinnovations@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We replace it at no cost to you, including shipping.
How to start a return
Email barmagicinnovations@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the return address and instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Bulk and wholesale orders are final sale and not covered by this policy.
